29/08 Schaeffler Outdoor Rally

The Schaeffler Outdoor Rally is one of the highlights of the "big little" racing series. It takes place in the summer at the Beachclub Hamburg del mar in Hamburg-St. Pauli with a spectacular view of the river Elbe. The rally consists of 16 evaluation tests, which are tackled without practice. The championship leader must first be on the track. A regrouping takes place at half time. The second stage, which is usually carried out at sunset in the dark, and the half-time leader must be the first on the track.

The track In addition to the City Cup, the rally is the only RCCO event to be held on classic, analog Carrera exclusive tracks. The peculiarity is that there are no kerbs and – typical of rallies – lurking on the edge of the course many quirks, from the sand of the beach club to a deep abyss on the bar counter. Four different routes are set up, which are traversed in each direction on both tracks. This results in a total of 16 special stages.
