25/11 Just a minute
The final of the ‘big small’ racing series on the Hanse-Ring has a very special format: free practice, qualifying and each lap is exactly one minute long. In the race, each driver drives one minute on each lane, before the lanes are changed. There are no track marshals: If a car slides from the track, it can only be used again when changing the lane.
The track The Hanse-Ring route is the ‘home base’ of the ‘big small’ racing series. Every Wednesday the RCCO teams have the opportunity to test on the five-lane race track in Harburg. The 28-metre-long track was designed and built by Ralf Möller, a specialist of the wooden tracks. The Hanse-Ring is at the same time the home of the SRC HanseRacing Hamburg e.V. and is located in the "Eiskeller" of the Villa Harburg in Hamburg-Harburg. This vaulted cellar is more than 150 years old.
